The classic Volcano vaporizer is a forced air vaporizer that employs a Vent Balloon Delivery System. The balloon bags are made of 100 percent food grade polyester.

The iron-core heating element is accompanied with a robust casing driven pump that ensures the finest heating and liberation of air. Both the high-performance heating cartridge and the strong diaphragm pump can withstand the ridged stresses and strains of everyday use. The polymer filling chamber and valve sets are made with a combination of heat tempered plastic and steel.

The Classic Volcano has a warm up time of under 2 minutes and with an accurate temperature that only varies +/- 9 degrees Fahrenheit. The Volcano Classic has a temperature range that goes from 266 to 446 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the unit is turned off, a cool down time of 3-5 minutes is expected.
