RETURN INSTRUCTIONS & REFUNDS
Due to hygiene reasons and health protection we cannot accept returns for products if the seal has been broken.
Once you use a machine and or parts voids any refunds from Pure Vapes
We have a no return policy on Vaporizers, Rosin Presses, Extractors and Tumblers, Any Drop ship orders or Special Orders, Packaging equipment, Pre-Rolling Machines, Debudders, Shredders, Closed Loops systems, Rotary Evaporators, Processors, Resinators that you have purchased. All other products have a 7-day return policy. A 30% restocking fee applies to returns. Customer will repay all shipping cost any free shipping buyer will be required to reimburse Pure Vapes shipping fees accrued in transaction. Any customer paid shipping the shipping fees will be deducted from final refund. All fees shipping back to us is the responsibility of the buyer and nonrefundable. ANY DAMAGED ITEMS FROM SHIPPER MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY..
Special Order or Manufacture drop ship orders, any expected delivery dates or times given are that of the manufacture not of Pure Vapes these dates and times are a estimate only and not guaranteed once your order is processed there are no refunds because of any delays. Any and all deals we broker between customers on a specific manufacture machine or parts are non refundable or returnable to us. We will do are best to solve any issues between you and the manufacture. Once a machine or parts is paid for and ordered on your behalf we release any and all liability from the specific transaction. Some orders will have a lead time and depending on the manufactures terms and conditions they will offer a refund up until the product has shipped, once the item has shipped there are no returns or refunds. Some manufactures will not offer refunds once paid and the order has been placed. Please call us if you are in doubt before ordering. These are SPECIAL ORDERS. No Returns or Refunds does not mean if a manufacture defect is found you're stuck these are covered by the manufacture. If there is damage or loss in shipment of the carriers faults we fully insure all items sent out. Products will be replaced at no cost to you.
Ordering parts from our web site constitutes a SPECIAL ORDER if the item(s) is not in stock at our location. The part(s) will be ordered from the manufactures warehouse to fulfill your order, and once the parts have been ordered the order cannot be cancelled with Pure Vapes Store without incurring a restocking fee of 30%. If items you order are not immediately available in the manufactures warehouse, we will notify you of the backorder condition and estimated availability date (if one is provided by the manufacture) and will give you the option to proceed placing the items on Special Order, or have the order cancelled before it is placed with Pure Vapes so there is no restock fee applied. If you would like to be assured of the stock status of the item BEFORE placing your order please contact us and we will be happy to check for you. Once you've placed the order, and we've ordered the items from the manufacture on your behalf, this is a SPECIAL ORDER and you will be charged a 30% restocking fee if you cancel the order. Any shipping ESTIMATES we provide orders are ESTIMATES only based upon the best available information we have at the time, and are not guaranteed. We will not cancel and refund your order without a restocking fee simply because the shipping or build time is taking longer than you would like it to, we have very little control of the situation with domestic or international shipments so we cannot guarantee shipping dates for anything that is not physically sitting in our store.
All Terms and conditions apply to All Buyers in addition to: ( Import duties, taxes, charges and brokerage fees (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item's price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to buying to determine what the costs will be, and to ensure the item you are purchasing is legal in your country. We will not refund any funds due to any custom holds you will have to do your own due diligence to your countries customs laws and regulations prior purchase. Any and all custom related issues are the sole responsibility of the customer. Pure Vapes releases any and all liability in custom related issues.
There are Absolutely no refunds once a unit is unboxed and ran or (parts) we do not offer test drives of equipment nor do accept (Buyers Remorse) once unit is used, you tried it you bought it period. No returns on electrical parts, If you encounter a manufacture issue with a machine Pure Vapes will broker between you and the manufacture to attempted in good faith to get any issues resolved all resolutions are at the sole discretion of the products manufacture. Pure Vapes does not warranty any machines sold all expressed or implied warranty is solely the responsibility of the manufacture. There will be no refunds on special orders or non-stocked items or customer special request orders. Any items Pure Vapes includes in a sale that is referred to as a 'Gift' 'Buy this get one free' or 'Bonus' must be returned with package or the cost will be deducted at final refund at retail price.
Here are the basic steps to follow:
DAMAGED ITEMS FROM SHIPPER MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain your return RMA number, please call us or send email. The RMA number must be included within the returned merchandise preferably written on a copy of your paid invoice. Pure Vapes will refuse to accept delivery of any returned item without an RMA number.
All products must be returned in new condition (never been used with plants), in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit, we go the extra steps to catalog every item with photos and bar scans to insure you get everything that’s included with each trimmer i.e.: Parts, Unit and any accessories.
On the outside of the package you are returning, print the return-shipping address which appears on the invoice's letterhead and the RMA number supplied to you by the sales agent. Do not include any other markings or text on the package. Ship your return merchandise prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking we insure all items we suggest you also take out insurance, such as United States or Canada Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or Federal Express. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries they will be returned to you.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of us receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part. No refunds will be made if you just decided you wanted to test drive a trimmer and or (parts) we don’t offer free rides. Once you use a machine and or (parts) voids any refunds from Pure Vapes, unless it’s a manufacturing defect and we will do everything in our powers to help you and the manufacture come to a medium. Pure Vapes does not express or imply any warranties on any of the products sold all warranties are directly offered through the manufacture. There will be no refunds on special order items. All merchandise we sell we fully insure and use signature confirmation so any damage during shipments do not unpack the or use the machine call us asap to start a claim process with carrier.
